"Usage sammary" tooltip is not closing correctly

Describe the Bug

Usage summary tooltip can be shown by accident mouse move and it is not closing by default.
Demo on 10sec video: Monosnap, Monosnap

Steps to Reproduce

Enable “Usage sammary” always
Move mouse to left bottom corner
Move mouse back

Expected Behavior

The usage summary tooltip is not shown, or at least closed after showing

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Version: 1.4.2 (user setup)

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Hey, could you try updating to version 1.4.5 and see if the issue persists?
