"User is unauthorized" for Annual Paid Subscriber

I am an annual paid subscriber and have been using the service without any problems until today. However, when I tried to access my account, I received the error message “User is unauthorized”.

I have tried basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing my browser cache and cookies, and logging in again, but the problem persists.

Given that I have paid for an annual subscription, I rely on the uninterrupted use of the service. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and guide me on how to resolve this issue.

I’m extremely disappointed with the slow progress of resolving my issue. I’ve been waiting far too long for a solution. As a paying customer, I deserve prompt attention.

“soon” is ‘undefined’ on their system!!!

They’re blocking all emails except for @gmail.com addresses. I don’t get it. I had the same issue with my Outlook account yesterday, so frustrating that I don’t even want to buy it anymore. I’d rather use free cursor tools from those Chinese guys.
