It just picks the first environment it can find right now. We could add a toggle for the environment in the More tab if people would find it useful!

Chat repl lives in the same python env with workspace py code and jupyter notebooks is useful.
Less context switch, avoid package pollution, etc.
Plus, that’s the right context to RAG.
