Our college didn’t provided .edu email because our clg is one of the tier 3 college, I need to verify by the cursor and needed cursor for students subscription to learn and explore

Same here. Higher academic institutions here in the UK typically use .ac.uk, not .edu … I have tried contacting their support but keep getting replies from their AI assistant even after explicitly asking to speak to a human which is a bit frustrating.

I have been verified using my gmail account but it was for my School Gmail, I tried the form then just simply input my address and I have screenshot my School Evaluation and my School ID and it was get verified.
Aside everything is process and my account is already pro but its almost 2 days I am still waiting for the staff to resolve my login issue, tried to login but it doesnt affect on IDE.
I’ve went through this issue myself and it seems that at the moment there’s no support for it. Although it is available for selection, the verification does not seem to work.
Would recommend you not to attempt verification since their system cannot roll-back and you would need support from SheerID
