Where is the Composer overview

I recall seeing a composer overview window (not the history), when I first discovered composer.
A windows that showed various configs for various composer ‘sessions’. It looked to me that you could define your composer specifically for a project, this wat they don’t interfere with each other (I’ve learned this works differently).
I was able shortly after that to re-open it, but now I can’t find it back.

Did something change with the latest updates on cursor, or am I looking in the wrong places.
How can I opend this composer overview again?

based on the videos I could find about notepad, it looks like that.
How can I jump to notepad?
I didn’t find any docs on that, and have been running through the cursor AI, without any luck.

I thought there was more to see than a blank canvas, like previous composer chats…
