I configured the PoE API key in the cursor to use GPT5 Codex, but it keeps failing and I don’t know why. Is there anything else I need to configure?

Hey, thanks for the report. To understand why your PoE API calls are failing, please share:
- Error message: What exact message do you see when the request fails?
- Configuration screenshot: Settings → Models → API Keys section with your PoE setup
- Base URL: What Base URL are you using for PoE?
- Request ID: After a failed attempt, open and send the Request ID
- Account type: Are you on a Team/Business plan?
In the meantime, please check:
- That your PoE API key has permissions for the required model
- That the model name matches what PoE expects (case-sensitive)
