Why dont cursor respond? Cursor is not working

This loop is being generated continuously for 20 minutes. Finally, I did not get the answer from cursor. Could you please explain why? Please provide a solution to make the cursor work correctly.

I don’t understand why the team isn’t resolving these issues quickly. If they don’t fix the problems, I’ll have no choice but to consider other options.

Hey, thanks for the report. I can see the Agent got stuck looping over the same file. This is a known issue.

First, try this:

  1. Click Stop in the Agent and restart the chat from scratch.
  2. If it happens again, try picking a different model.

To help us dig in, can you share:

  • Your Cursor version (Help > About)
  • Which model you’re using (Claude, GPT, etc.)
  • The Request ID (three dots in the top-right of the chat > Copy Request ID)
