Why is cursor fighting with itself over agent panels

I’m finding this UI hard to work with. There seem to be two different kind of agent panels. If I am typing something in and then use “Add to Chat”, everything jumps around, my agent chat moves into a different place, and another chat has opened up. Could you please stop all this and just have one kind of agent panel.

is this bug? i try to re-produce it. highlight some kode that add to chat, its able to add into Chat Panel.
Whats version? if you believe it bug, you can report in Bug Report

Hello, Your screen recording looks really cool. Could you tell me how you did it? What software or tools did you use?

Recording:

  • Open New Agent Chat

  • Creates grey Chat window

  • Add to Chat

  • Converts the chat window into a DIFFERENT chat window (white)

    Creates a big white space on the right

  • Close chat window

  • Chat window closes

    Large white space on right stays

  • Click “Toggle AI Pane”

  • White space goes away

  • Click “Toggle AI Pane” again

  • (grey) Chat window comes back, but is empty

  • Close chat window

  • Gray chat window goes away, is replaced by WHITE Chat window with my text!
