Word wrap doesn't work for GPT Edit

I’m on MacOS and facing an issue when Word Wrap is on (View → Word Wrap).

When using GPT to Edit a piece of text, the AI-generated text in green is displayed over multiple lines (as expected), but the original text in red is displayed on a single line and isn’t wrapped.
