Provide a clear description of the bug
- AI performs the task by creating a change in chat, the change is not applied even if it affects multiple files (this used to work as the 2nd file would auto approve previous files changes in 0.46)
Explain how to reproduce the bug (if known)
- turn on yolo mode
- add commands to allowlist
- add commands to denylist
- (cursor team needs to clarify if the yolo prompt works now or not and what needs to be inside or if not required)
- ask AI to make a certain change that applies to 2 or 3 files.
Attach screenshots or recordings (e.g., .jpg, .png, .mp4).

When i checked the Agent config in chat, it shows all things turned on, but auto-apply is deactivated and greyed out. what influence does this have

Yolo mode doesnt work. Means I have to manually apply the changes.
