Add the ability for an agent to rename its own session

It does seem weird that the two UIs to the same chats have different sets of tools. Expose at least rename_chat in the editor view too please.

My use case: Many chats’ purpose is to work on a feature/fix and open a pr. Renaming the chat’s with the pr’s purpose would really help to organize multiple chats running simultaneously
