Agent not working on my user [pro plan]

Describe the Bug

I am on a pro plan, but I am unable to use cursor agent or chat, When i check it on network Diagnostics - Ping , Chat , Agent all are in red and doesn’t seem to work. Thats why when I give any prompt to cursor ai, it doesn’t obey it. It just keep rotating like its working but nothing happens.

I tried with 5 different internets, I am not behind any proxy, nothing worked. Then In same network, I logged out of my pro plan user and logged in with fresh email. Everything is working in this user. What should i do ? Please guide

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Now since yesterday sometimes it is working , sometimes not and eventually on Sunday cursor is again on a holiday [not working]. Been 7 days, Pathetic support, no one from team is replying, no one in forum is helping.

Its been 3 days and its currently the weekend. Support isn’t here all the time.

What have you actually tried to do, did you start a new chat? The VPN message is a common error message.


So, practically its more than 13 days, worst IT company I have worked with in my lifetime.

Oh so 13 days using the email and not 13 days on the forum. You need patience for the email, that takes time, you’re not the only person that emails support.

So you didn’t answer my question relating to the new chat and if that helped your issue or if the issue continues.
