Getting this error whilst using o3 – posted about this last week too.. are you low key throwing errors to prevent usage for pro users using slow requests or is this a legitimate ongoing issue with openai?

Describe the Bug
After using the O3 model in a conversation, switching to any other model (including OpenAI models) becomes impossible. This seems to occur only after O3 uses tools/plugins during the session.
This issue is highly disruptive because O3 is often excellent at identifying bugs, but I prefer using another model for code fixes or explanations. Currently, once I use O3, I’m locked into it for that conversation
Steps to Reproduce
Open a new conversation in Cursor.

Cursor seems to deal with dissenters like this. This has never happened before and here, on o4mini in a slow request:

while my friend on the same network is fine.
what kind of a gang have you got together, banning from the forum, deleting topics, and now also limiting them?

Describe the Bug
I am on a pro plan, but I am unable to use cursor agent or chat, When i check it on network Diagnostics - Ping , Chat , Agent all are in red and doesn’t seem to work. Thats why when I give any prompt to cursor ai, it doesn’t obey it. It just keep rotating like its working but nothing happens.
I tried with 5 different internets, I am not behind any proxy, nothing worked. Then In same network, I logged out of my pro plan user and logged in with fresh email. Everything is working…
This doesn’t feel like something solved by “have you tried starting a new chat?” That keeps being the default reply, but new threads with the same symptoms keep appearing. It’s clearly broader than isolated user error.
I’d really appreciate someone from the Cursor team acknowledging this with at least a “we’re looking into it.” For me, Cursor has been nearly unusable the last two weeks.
