Always open secondary panel on start IDE

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

When I open IDE secondary panel always open. But, I always closed it. The closing sign is also gone.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Close second panel with agent
  2. Close IDE
  3. Open IDE

Expected Behavior

Panel position setting is not saved

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Version: 1.6.6 (user setup)

can you close it with the cursor icon? this is on windows as well

I can do this. But after restart IDE panel is open again

It always opens by default.

And, whan hidding cursor icon panel, I would lika the icon settings to be hidden

in version 1.5.5 save position panel. whan it closed, start not open
