I’ve encountered a major issue. I subscribed for a one-year plan, but after joining a team and then leaving it, I lost my one-year subscription.
I’ve sent three messages to [email protected] but haven’t received any response…

I have a first news. But is not worked for moment with support teams. I update the post when i have other news

A few days later I received a reply from support and my subscription was reinstated.
