Our team subscription suddenly disappeared, and it was not deleted by us. Any other reasons that can cause this? is this a bug? I’ve seen some report about similar issue in the forum but non of them actually answers my questions.
For now I reported this to [[email protected]], hopefully they will reply soon, but wanted to check if this is a common issue.
Anyone else facing this?
Until now, we didn’t recieve any reply from support. It’s been 24 hours the whole team blocked from using cursor paid plan.
Cursor support should understand that team plans are not like individual plans affecting a single person (while still important). Such issues could block a whole team and impact the business.
Cursor should definitly provide better SLAs.

The issue turned out to be related to unpaid invoices.
I can understand stopping the service, but how could we know that this is the issue when the whole team account disappears and all users being transfered to free indiviual plans with no access to the billing page to pay your invoices?
Fortunately, support team sent us the links for missing invoices to pay, and the service is back again.
I hope Cursor fixes this because it was hard to figure out what was going on.
Hint: If you’re planning to use “usage based Pricing”, you will get multiple billing cycles during the month. If two failed expect a full blockage
