Describe the Bug
The bug was described already here:
I have tested the idea in that thread that it is related to permissions.
I am the “owner” of the integration between the organisation and cursor (ie. my email is the one in the cursort account, and that email is linked to my github account).
I can run bugbot on any pr in any repo in the org.
Anyone else cannot, even if they are admins in the org and repo.
Steps to Reproduce
Link cursor (can be at org level to all repos, or can be for single repo, same problem)

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
