Just BugBot didn’t execute the PR (I tried to call it multiple times as it kept not executing it). I even removed the connection to Github from the BugBot settings, and then connected it again and then called BugBot again. But still not executing the PR (didnt write anything beyond the verbose Bugbot request ID comment)
Hey, thanks for the report! I found a similar issue that was recently resolved.
The fix is slightly different from what you tried - instead of disconnecting GitHub in BugBot settings, try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the GitHub app from your dashboard:
Hey! Thank you, I did that now and it is still not working. I generated also a new request ID:
Bugbot request id: serverGenReqId_77e57d23-658a-4456-ba7b-58795349bc48
Hope that helps, would love to get this sorted and get BugBot to review the PR asap
@deanrie Hey just pinging as I have not heard anything back yet, let me know if you need me to provide any other info. Still experiencing the issue! Thanks
Thanks for the update and for trying the reinstall!
Since the standard GitHub app reinstall didn’t solve the issue, it requires engineering investigation.
The team is already looking into it. In the meantime, if you notice any additional patterns (like specific repo types, PR sizes, or GitHub organization settings that might be related), feel free to share them here.
Hey! Any news or any ETA at all? I have not been able to use the Cursor BugBot at all. I even tried to connect it to a different GitHub account (I removed it from the organisation and connected it to the individual account) and it is still not working
