BugBot

Describe the Bug

I have finished these steps:

There are a few things to check, and some info I’ll need to dig in:

Go to the PR that was supposed to trigger BugBot and leave a comment: bugbot run verbose=true. Share the new request ID you get. This will give us more details on what’s happening.

In GitHub, go to Settings > Applications > Installed GitHub Apps and make sure only one Cursor integration is installed for your org. Sometimes a leftover install after reinstall can cause routing issues.

Also confirm on the Cursor dashboard (BugBot tab) that the repos are still enabled.

Do you have more than one Cursor account? If so, make sure the GitHub App is installed in only one of them.

This is the followup for: Bugbot not working, request id: serverGenReqId_4e0d5a48-8942-4ee5-a23c-b34e2c017141

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Hey, I see this is a continuation of the previous thread. I’ve passed Request ID serverGenReqId_1a4bdf4a-168a-4f25-a642-3af0f1551a02 to the team, and we’re looking into it.

Let’s continue in the original thread so we don’t lose context. I’ll post an update there once I have more info.
