Hey, thanks for the report! I found a similar issue that was recently resolved.

The fix is slightly different from what you tried - instead of disconnecting GitHub in BugBot settings, try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the GitHub app from your dashboard:

  1. Go to Cursor - The AI Code Editor
  2. Click “Manage” for your connections
  3. Click your GitHub org → Uninstall
  4. Go back to the dashboard → Click “Manage” → Reinstall it onto the org

This resolved the issue for another user here: BugBot Not Working
