I would like to clarify something regarding my monthly usage.
As I understand it, during the last month I used approximately 80% of my allocated usage, which means around 20% remained unused. I would like to know whether this unused 20% will be carried forward and added to my usage allowance for the next month.
If unused usage can be carried over, that would be very helpful. Otherwise, my understanding is that the remaining 20% will simply expire and be lost. Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct?

It does not carry over and starts at 0%. There is no change in usage.
So, that means my remaining 20% usage has gone to waste. At the very least, it would have been better if the unused percentage could be carried forward.
I also wanted to ask one thing: if I turn off auto-pay and do not renew my subscription immediately, can I continue using my remaining 20% usage until it is fully consumed?
My intention is to use up the remaining 20% first and then renew the subscription. Is that possible? Assuming auto-pay is disabled, how does this work?
I feel there should be some flexibility for customers in such cases, so that any unused usage does not simply go to waste.
The primary condition for usage renewal is a 31-day (one-month) cycle. Even if you cancel your subscription, any remaining usage will expire at the end of the current billing period.
