Copilot++ autocomplete not working on another machine

The autocomplete doesnt work on my office mac however it works smoothly on my personal mac.

Attaching screenshot of output tab too which shows few errors being printed.

My office mac has few security protocols but I have got permission to whitelist cursor APIs
So, my question - is there any list of APIs to be white listed that I am missing?

P.S - cant work without autocomplete, feels like 2022. :frowning:

I sent an email to [email protected], but I didn’t get a response.

This is likely because we use HTTP/2 to power Copilot++. Some office computers have local networking software like zcaler installed which lack HTTP/2 support.

We will likely release an HTTP/1 fallback for Copilot++ in the future.

So, no immediate resolution to this ?

same issue here. I am paying $20 month, but wasting my money.

For reference, updated docs article here regarding Zscaler and HTTP/2:

https://docs.cursor.com/troubleshooting/common-issues#cursor-tab-and-cmd-k-do-not-work-behind-my-corporate-proxy

Click the “View” option on the top Choose “Command Palette” Click “Open VS Code settings” Type “HTTP” Disable HTTP/2 Restart Cursor and give it a shot!
This gave me back the cursor tab and it’s been working ever since!

Thanks for your suggestion, but doing so didn’t fix the issue.

Disabling http/2 didn’t fix the issue.

for Cursor Tab Output, I still get the following

Oh that sucks. Hmm. I’m not sure what is happening here. Are you by chance using a personal computer or like a corporate machine?

A corporate machine with Zscaler on it. Is there an url that I need to get whitelisted?

Zscalar is the issue here. I am using the same.
