Double subscription charge

Hi there,

I’ve just realised I’ve got double charged for some reason. I like the product, so I’d like to keep subscription running, but I don’t really need two (see screenshot).

Can you please either refund the one extra payment from October or “move” it as payment for the next month?

Of course, refund sent for both October and November. Should show up in a few days.
