How to cancel subscription fully? I had pro plus, but now there are no option to fully cancel my subscription. Only downgrade.
Hey, I see the screenshot - you already have a downgrade scheduled from Pro+ to Pro (January 24). Try this:
If you want to fully cancel your subscription (not just change the scheduled downgrade):
- First, click “Cancel downgrade” on this screen - it’ll cancel the planned switch to Pro
- Then go to Cursor Dashboard → Billing and Invoices → Manage Subscription
- A “Cancel subscription” button should appear there
Alternative way through Stripe billing portal:
- Dashboard → Billing and Invoices → you’ll find a link to Stripe portal there
- It should have a full cancellation option
