How to cancel subscription fully? I had pro plus, but now there are no option to fully cancel my subscription. Only downgrade.
Hey, I see the screenshot - you already have a downgrade scheduled from Pro+ to Pro (January 24). Try this:
If you want to fully cancel your subscription (not just change the scheduled downgrade):
- First, click “Cancel downgrade” on this screen - it’ll cancel the planned switch to Pro
- Then go to Cursor Dashboard → Billing and Invoices → Manage Subscription
- A “Cancel subscription” button should appear there
Alternative way through Stripe billing portal:
- Dashboard → Billing and Invoices → you’ll find a link to Stripe portal there
- It should have a full cancellation option
If the “Cancel subscription” button doesn’t show up even after canceling the downgrade, let me know and I’ll pass this to the team.
I can’t unsubscribe as well. There is no Manage Subscription in Billing and Invoices. I have sent couple of emails to [email protected] and no reply.
It seems that I am in a team plan? And the only member of the team is myself and I am the admin. How do I cancel? And also accidentally clicked on upgrade to annual plan without confirmation to me, and got charged full year….
Hey this is absolutely terrible! How do I cancel my subscription? There is no option to do so in Billing and invoices and in the Stripe link. What is going on? This is seriously so scummy!
It looks like there is nothing to cancel because you don’t have a subscription. Maybe it already canceled or something. I doubt you will automatically be billed for anything if you don’t see the “Manage in stripe” button.
I’ve been receiving several emails that my cursor subscription payement was unsuccessful. I have no way of cancelling it! The second I get 20$+ in my account it’s just going to eat it

Damn, that sucks. Yea something seems broken. In the future you can use websites like privacy.com for subscriptions, so worst case you can freeze the specific debit card for the merchant so they don’t keep hammering your checking account.
