I actually got charged twice the amount for Pro, so I sort of need to talk to them to get it fixed.

Any billing queries can be emailed to hi@cursor.com, although there is a delay in response times of a few days currently!

I have another billing issue with being charged an incorrect amount and didn’t receive a response via e-mail. If anyone from the cursor team is reading this, I would appreciate it if you could get back to me.
It might make sense if you monitored some sort of direct support channel for questions involving personal information that I wouldn’t want to share in a public forum anyway.

I’m seeing a lot more support requests coming through the forum. Seems like the Cursor Team can’t keep up. Developer sentiment will start turning against them if they aren’t careful.
I have the same problem, I made an increase in the number of requests, but the brush came to me as if I had increased the number of requests by 1500

Same issue here. I recently bought (and now regret) a 1-yr-subscription and now cannot use it because of “billing issues” which are clearly on Cursor’s side as my bank statement shows no issues. No response after multiple emails. This ain’t good!
