I actually got charged twice the amount for Pro, so I sort of need to talk to them to get it fixed.

I have another billing issue with being charged an incorrect amount and didn’t receive a response via e-mail. If anyone from the cursor team is reading this, I would appreciate it if you could get back to me.
It might make sense if you monitored some sort of direct support channel for questions involving personal information that I wouldn’t want to share in a public forum anyway.

I’m seeing a lot more support requests coming through the forum. Seems like the Cursor Team can’t keep up. Developer sentiment will start turning against them if they aren’t careful.
