I am also facing the same issue, I have paid for the subscription but not able to use it. I have mailed the cursor team around 5 days back but have not gotten any response from them.

I canceled my subscription before it renews in a couple of days, but I had about 200 creds left and I am now unable to use them. This is not what I thought would happen.

I signed up for Pro and paid via card, but my account isn’t indicating I have a Pro licence?
Payment is showing in my bank app though?

Hi @ericzakariasson , I bought a business plan and set up SSO with Entra ID, I then had to remove it and I removed it from Cursor, and removed from Entra ID as well. But I am now stuck in a login loop when trying to sign into Cursor. I have sent multiple emails to support as well but haven’t gotten any response yet. Can you help please?

I have sent multiple emails over the last week - both sales and billing inquiries. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible. There’s a lot of money on the table here but nobody will respond.
