@ericzakariasson, I sent serveral mails to [email protected] for the case of djbx.com’s account, we helped them purchased the Business license, but their account showed as Free now, can you check this for them? Thanks!

I canceled my subscription immediately after being charged and requested for refund a month ago, but I hadn’t received any refund until now also replied to refund request and mailed at [email protected] but didn’t receive any response. Can you please look at it?

Cursor sent multiple emails to my work team after we signed up asking if we needed anything to reply. I did actually need something, sent 3 emails an no response. Ironic for an unproven product that often hangs and crashes and claude, is often not available. I think ghosting is probably worse than simply not offering to assist don’t you?

I sent a support request regarding billing a few days ago, but aside the bot no replies.
Can you look into my issue?

I have created an account (Admin) with my IT Email address,

Now as an Admin, I have subscribed for Business plan (Added payment details and charged with USD 40).

I have enabled SSO Sign in, Successfully verified Domain and Completed SSO setup with Azure Entra ID.

I have added myself, and other 2 of my team members in Azure Entra ID Enterprise application.

I am able to login with my email address, but I am not able to login with my IT Email address. Since this is my Admin email account and I need to manage Seats and subscriptions/Billing from it. Can you help me resolve it. Or please allow me to login to my Admin account with only username and password instead of the SAML SSO.
This been week, I am not getting any response even after multiple follow ups to [email protected] or [email protected]. atleast unblock from my SAML login so I can start using and assign the seats with username and password, still unable to use it even after paying a Business Plan for USD 40 per month per user
