How to properly use Slow Mode after exhausting fast requests?

@Alexis_Valera_Valbue it depends on which plan you’re on:

If you’re on the new credits model (Pro for $20/month): there’s no “slow mode” anymore. Once you use up the included credits ($20), you have two options: enable on-demand usage (pay-as-you-go at the same rates) or upgrade to a higher plan. It won’t automatically switch you to a “slower” version.

If you’re on a legacy plan with 500 fast requests: the slow pool kicks in automatically after you run out of fast requests. You don’t need to change any settings.

@unisuam there was a slow pool incident on Feb 10 that affected many users. It was fixed, but if you’re still seeing the error, it likely needs account-specific checking. Since you already emailed [email protected] and got a reply, try writing again and mention the issue still isn’t resolved. The team can check the status of your account.
