How to select Max Mode

I checked the documentation and it reads -

  1. Open model picker
  2. Toggle Max mode
  3. Select a compatible model from the dropdown

But there is no Toggle visible to select ‘Max Mode’

gemini-2.5-pro-max, but not in MAX MODE.
Only claude3.7 and o3 is avaliable in MAX MODE.
So gemini max what? Not sure which to choose. gemini-2.5-pro is 05-06, is g-pro-max also 05-06?

You might have some older model names still in your Cursor models list. Now they do not use -max

Just turn on MAX mode and select the available models.

You can copy model names or compare them, see the copy icon on mouse over on the models.

Thank you for the reply, really appreciate it. I eventually found the MAX MODE toggle down in the Chat box.

I originally clicked on Settings which listed the Models, intuitively I looked for the toggle there to no avail.
