I agree with @Roga add a setting where we do not go to special review tab it breaks the workflow.
However i disagree with @Peter_■■■ in cases where cursor changes many different files i do not have to switch to other tools to review the changes instead i can read the exact change highlighted (it helps to focus on the parts that cursor actually touched) its especially nice when i had done changes myself and then asked cursor to touch some other parts, instead of having all changes blended together i see exactly what cursor did.
Perhaps settings where those flows are customizable would be best!
