I encountered the same issue. I subscribed to Pro on February 7th, but it expired on February 13th. It seems I was banned. I also contacted hi@cursor.com . After telling me that it will be handled, I haven’t received a reply yet. I don’t know how it’s being handled.

The issue I was having was associated with my email. Unfortunately, I had to start an account using a different one of my emails to resolve the issue.
