Dear Cursor Support Team,
I would like to formally request a refund for my Cursor Pro subscription. I’ve tried to resolve my issues through email support and forum posts, but have not received any response.
I’ve been a Pro subscriber since early September, and I’ve encountered consistent issues with the service:
-
Usage Limit Discrepancy: For two consecutive months, my 500 fast requests have been prematurely marked as exhausted, forcing me to slow requests well before reaching the actual limit. My admin panel shows only 396 requests for this month, yet I’m already restricted.
-
Functionality Issues:
- Tab auto-completion only works after typing a character, not as expected. It otherwise acts as simply a tab.
- The Composer feature frequently becomes unresponsive without providing any feedback.
- Ghost text appears randomly throughout the editor, disrupting workflow.
- The OpenAI key setting toggles on automatically with each request, even when manually disabled.
- The “Inspect Context Keys” command fails to log context.
- Customer Support: The apparent absence of customer support makes it difficult to address these issues effectively.
Given these ongoing problems and the lack of support, I find it challenging to justify the current pricing for Cursor Pro. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response regarding the refund process.
Thank you for your time and consideration
