I recharged my Pro membership with $20 on March 4th, and it hasn’t expired yet. However, you have unjustly suspended my membership account.
- Has the email address associated with the domain 2925.com been determined by you as a contaminated email? If so, please provide a way to change the email address of my account.
- Due to the requirements of my job, I often travel on business among the United States, Kazakhstan, and the Chinese mainland. As is well known, in the Chinese mainland, it is not possible to use Python’s pip install, conda and other package management tools, and the network cannot connect to the addresses of the package management. Therefore, Chinese programmers have no choice but to use methods such as VPNs to ensure that the environments of their programs can be installed properly. If you have blocked my account because of the use of a VPN, please provide a reasonable explanation and a solution, and refund the remaining balance to me. You have unjustly deprived me of the right to use my account, which is an infringement and occupation of my property.
