My annual account has been downgraded to non-Pro account

I am writing to report an issue with my account. My annual subscription was unexpectedly downgraded to non-Pro. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter urgently.

Can someone from support help me?

What kind of disregard for users is this?

I have the same issue; my DeepSeek R1 no longer has a thinking process, and in the background settings log, my model requests are no longer recorded as Pro requests.
