Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?
Cursor IDE
Describe the Bug
I have been trying to get a response from Cursor support for a service outage with Cursor IDE, but there is no structured support process that provides a reasonable level of support for the service.
I have been getting ‘tool call error’ from ALL models in the IDE for the last 12+ hours, and despite emailing ‘[email protected]’ and logging multiple tickets in this forum, I am yet to receive any support from Cursor with the issue - no updates, no responses to emails or forum posts, nothing!
I have requested the SLA’s for the Ultra subscription, but this request has been completely ignored, which makes me think there IS NO structured SLA for support, which effectively means Cursor cannot be considered an Enterprise product.
Can anyone provide any information on support at Cursor, or share any similar experiences, so I can try to work out how to be able to use the service that I am paying $200 a month for, as for now, it is completely unusable, with no end in sight!
Steps to Reproduce
All prompts in ALL models
Expected Behavior
I expect to be able to use the Ultra subscription that I am paying for
Operating System
