Description of the Bug:
I paid an invoice issued on February 21, 2025, on March 12, 2025. However, my Pro membership has not been activated, and my account is still shown as Free. The Pro subscription, which should have been valid until March 21, 2025, is not reflected in my account.
I reached out to [email protected] and [email protected] about this issue. They asked me to check my account, and I confirmed that the upgrade was not applied. However, I have not received any further response since then.
This issue has been ongoing for nearly a week, and I am unable to use the Pro features I paid for.
