So with the latest round of service disruptions that happened today, I was alarmed when I saw mid work the agent said Grok model was unavailable and switched to “AUTO” — which I think the entire community can attest to being a nightmare scenario. And sure enough, before I could stop it from taking over work, it already ran amok that I ended up spending more time selecting other high end models to audit and fix the damage it did because Firestore was affected and restore points do not fix that.
Anyway, is there a way we can configure that if a model gets disrupted again, it NEVER switches to “AUTO” ever again? I’d rather it stops working mid way and or select the nearest equivalent premium model being used?
