Privacy mode settings don't show until you log in

Describe the Bug

Looking for “privacy mode” settings? Looking for a way to turn that private code sharing to Cursor OFF right after installation - because the installation says it’s forced to be ON from start and you need to go to the settings?
Well, there is none - until you log in - then it suddenly appears in General(bottom) → Privacy → “Data Sharing Enabled” with UNCLICKABLE checkbox - you have to choose from the dropdown → change from Share Data to Privacy mode.
Such high security risk feature should be always allowed and shown to allow pre-setting BEFORE any AI usage/loging-in etc… (or OFF by default, but I understand the Cursor policy is different - they rather play dirty because they’re probably worried nobody would share anything to put it bluntly)

Steps to Reproduce

Linux - Ubuntu 24
Download latest AppImage
Run Cursor with --no-sandbox (or can’t be run directly)
Open Settings - section General

Expected Behavior

I would expect the option to be ALWAYS visible, AT THE TOP, regardless of any login or other settings/alterations.

Operating System

Linux
