Refund request for incorrect billing

It seems you have a persistent problem with billing and a habit of ignoring support requests despite me reaching out to both hi@cursor.com and michaelt@cursor.so.

  1. I selected monthly billing not annual billing and you charged me for the entire year upfront.

  2. You included me (admin) as a seat without indication on the payment form that this is also a paid seat.

  3. We have been charged for 3 seats over 2 separate invoices so the additional charge for an admin seat must have been created, without consent, after the initial billing authorisation.

Please refund these payments in full and switch us over to monthly billing.
