It seems you have a persistent problem with billing and a habit of ignoring support requests despite me reaching out to both [email protected] and [email protected].
I selected monthly billing not annual billing and you charged me for the entire year upfront.
You included me (admin) as a seat without indication on the payment form that this is also a paid seat.
We have been charged for 3 seats over 2 separate invoices so the additional charge for an admin seat must have been created, without consent, after the initial billing authorisation.
Please refund these payments in full and switch us over to monthly billing.

so is this where we post about billing? I have an issue with the billing where it just kicked me out of my session and its requesting payment for token-based usage calls to non-max-claude-4-sonnet-thinking, when im just using the stock settings on the ide.. it said the pricing was 21 a month which was an update i was happy about and unlimited use but now its going back on that and it says says i would have owed about 100 and some change but its saying i owe 1.32 but when i got to pay it stripe says 106 and either way its more than what the new pricing is saying which is a concern.. not to mention it interupted my work flow
