This is a known network issue with HTTP/2. Please try these quick steps:
- Settings
CTRL+,→ search for HTTP/2 → enable “Disable HTTP/2” → restart Cursor and test in a new chat - Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics → send a screenshot
- Do you use VPN, proxy, or SSL inspection like Zscaler? Try without them or on a different network
- Run test without extensions:
cursor --disable-extensionsand try a new chat
Please send:
- 2-3 recent Request IDs from the error window via Copy Request Details
- Errors from Help → Toggle Developer Tools → Console
