Describe the request
Summary
The Cursor iOS app currently requires iOS 26.0 or later, which blocks installation on devices still running iOS 18.
Problem
When I try to download Cursor from the App Store on iOS 18, I get:
This application requires iOS 26.0 or later.
You must update to iOS 26.0 in order to download and use this application.
I’m staying on iOS 18 because iOS 26 causes significantly higher battery drain on my iPhone, and I don’t want to upgrade to the latest OS version just to use the app.
Request
Please consider lowering the minimum iOS version requirement to iOS 18 (or at least iOS 18.x) so users who can’t or won’t upgrade to iOS 26 can still install and use the Cursor mobile app.
