Shared Canvas discovery issue

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Somewhere else…

Describe the Bug

I’ve created a canvas and published it with the intent that others on my team can access it. However, I am on the only one on the team that can see the canvas in the Shared Canvas on Cursor.com dashboard. I’ve sent the link to another team member and he can open the canvas from there, but cannot see the canvas on his Shared Canvas page even though he is logged in with his Cursor account associated with our team. He is an Admin, as am I, but this behavior is consistent regardless of role. The team is “Kwik Trip”. Is Share Canvases discovery broken on this dashboard?

Steps to Reproduce

Create a canvas. Publish it. Navigate to Cursor dashboard, Shared Canvases page - see canvas. Have another user that is part of the same team navigate to the same page on their dashboard - cannot see canvas.

Expected Behavior

Based on my research and understanding, anyone part of the same team should be able to see any canvas published by another team member on the Shared Canvases page of their Cursor dashboard.

Operating System

MacOS

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey there!

The Shared Canvases page is a personal view (“All the Canvases you’ve shared from Cursor, in one place.”). It lists only canvases you published, not the whole team’s.

That being said, you can always share the link of a shared canvas with another team member, and they’ll be able to view it!

Thanks, Colin. I know the page states it is for “my” shared canvases, but the Cursor agent I was prompting (Grok 4.5 high fast) told me everyone on my team should be able to see them. I wondered .

Thanks,
