Suddenly I can’t use cursor’s agent now. Despite I’m having Pro plan right now. Just continue the subscription 2 weeks ago. Ang usage still remaining 200 more requests. What is going on?

My chats are stuck on “generating” so it looks like whatever it is, is not resolved.
I’ve tried to start new chat, change models, restart cursor, update cursor and the usual debugging steps (remove cursor rules, limit context etc).
I occasionally get a reply but then the conversation hangs on “generating…”
I have credits left.
I’m having the same issue even thought the systems are currently operational..
and I still have some credit:

I found that completely uninstalling Cursor and reinstalling the latest version from the website helped me and now chats are working again (although i was already using the latest version)
I now have a message telling me that an update is available though (although im using the latest version from the website)
I’m not clicking that for now…
Could your team please handle the server issues properly? It’s really frustrating when the service is unavailable from time to time. Thanks
