TBH I’m really frustrated about Customer Support

First of all, I want to say that I’m really frustrated that I haven’t heard from Cursor for a week. I emailed hi@cursor.com multiple times during the last week.

I’ve a very simple question/inquiry about my account but no one answered me. And that makes my account’s reaching limit.

I’ve a Cursor Pro account. I subscribed on September 22nd (for 1 year!), so I expect my monthly fast requests quota should be reseted on October 22nd. But on my account settings, it says "You’ve used 476 requests out of your 500 monthly fast requests quota.”. And it’s November 13 now!

I believe that 476 number is counted since I subscribed till now.

Can you please check my subscription and fix this issue for me?

Same here. My first support request was answered 1 day later in September. I asked for an invoice. Quick response, everything was fine.

Now I sent 3 mails, that are still unanswered. I paid 170 € in advance for a service I can’t use properly neither I received a chargeback.

Very frustrating and time consuming.
Even though the IDE is great, support is non existent… :confused:
