The app doesn't work, the support doesn't answer

Specifically, I see the error Failed to establish a socket connection to proxies: ["PROXY KE72Pn25:[email protected]:63876"]. Are you using a proxy server on your computer or within Cursor?

It could also be an issue with an extension. Try loading in safe mode cursor --disable-extensions it might be one of the installed extensions. If the problem persists, try clearing the cache using this guide:
