It’s happening again, started today. Identical issue as last time. Switching between the two layouts does not help. Please for the love of god stop making unnecessary, forced UI changes.

They got rid of the ability to toggle the layout to editor classic, not the undo/keep buttons are always in top right of file.

Why do they keep pushing this terrible UI change? Who benefits from not clearly seeing that there are pending file changes?
