Hey, thanks for the feature request. I get the idea, borrow quota from the next period early and make up for it by shortening the cycle.
We don’t have that kind of mechanism right now, and borrow-ahead isn’t on the roadmap for now. If your included allowance runs out mid-cycle, there are two ways to keep going without interruption: enable on-demand usage-based pricing (you pay for usage over the limit) or upgrade to a higher plan.
There are already a few open requests about flexible quota, mostly about rolling unused quota forward, like Token Banking / Rollover for Pro: Feature Suggestion: Token Banking / Rollover for Pro Subscriptions and Rollover Token Allocation: Rollover Token Allocation for Cursor Pro. Your idea is pretty close, so it makes sense to upvote those too, it helps the team see overall demand for more flexible cycles.
