On both desktop and android… Turned off VPN, Logged out/in… Says unable to reach your computer. Tried to “recover computer.” No luck. Is my account suspended?

Does this stop you from using Cursor?

  • Yes - Cursor is unusable
  • Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor
  • No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Android Grok Bot hangs on “Cant reach your computer…” then “Something went wrong”. Could be existing Agent Computer cron job glitch on the backend.

Login to grok bot on android phone and desktop on Windows 10

Expected Behavior

Connection with conversations viewable

Hi @Gideon_H_Guna_e Thank you for the post, and sorry for the inconvenience. We’ve confirmed that your account is active and this is not caused by your VPN or sign-in.

Your Grok Bot computer is in a recovery state that needs attention from our side, and we’re looking into it now. Please don’t use Recover or Reset again in the meantime, since another attempt will not help.

Your bots, files, and chats remain stored. I’ll post here when I have an update.
