I recently upgraded to the Pro subscription on November 20, 2024, and encountered an issue with the usage tracking of my premium requests. Based on my own tracking, I’ve only used approximately 30–40 premium requests since the upgrade. However, my account reflects a usage of nearly 2000 premium requests in a single day, which seems highly inaccurate.
To address this, I sent an email to Cursor support at hi@cursor.com on the same day (November 21, 2024), detailing the issue and requesting clarification. Unfortunately, it has been four days, and I have not received any response from the team.
