Grok Bot: “Can’t reach your computer” for 48+ hours

Hi team,

My Grok Bot has been completely unusable for over 48 hours with the persistent error “Can’t reach your computer”.

What I’ve already tried (multiple times):

• Full uninstall + reinstall of the app

• Recover agent computer

• Reset Agent Computer

• Completely quitting and relaunching the app

• Tested on both Windows and iOS

Nothing works. The computer never becomes reachable.

Could you please check/reset the Agent Computer on the backend for my account?

Does this stop you from using Cursor?

  • Yes - Cursor is unusable
  • Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor
  • No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey @Lip_H , your Grok Bot computer came back on our end earlier today and has been running normally since. This was a stuck state on our side, not anything with your app or setup, which is also why the Reset/Recover and reinstalls couldn’t clear it.

Please fully quit and reopen Grok Bot and you should be back in. If it acts up again, reply here and we’ll jump right back on it.

I’ve lost all of my agents. They’ve all disappeared. I’m experiencing the same thing. Please help, please help, please help. I’ve already reached out to their customer service and they’re doing things but I’m hoping that they can recover my account.

Please unstick the Agent Computer on your side. Local resets did not fix that case; hope staff does.
